Requirements

• Higher aviation education in the field of civil aviation;
  
• At least twenty-one years of age;
  
• Possession of a valid certificate on completion of trainings on training of the person responsible for cargo acceptance and/or Category 6 in the field of transportation of dangerous goods by air;
  
• Knowledge of international standards for the transportation of dangerous goods by air;
  
• Knowledge of the differences in certification of operators carrying dangerous goods and those with a policy not to carry such goods;
  
• Practical experience of at least two years in civil aviation, (ground handling experience).
  
• Proficiency in the state and official languages of the Kyrgyz Republic for meetings, public speaking and business correspondence;
  
• English language proficiency to understand industry standards set out in international guidelines.
