Requirements

• Higher aviation education in the field of civil aviation;
  
• At least 5 years of work experience in civil aviation, experience in command and leadership and instructional work;
  
• Comprehensive knowledge of governing documents in the field of SMS;
  
• Availability of certifications to complete courses in SMS, Threat Identification and Risk Assessment and availability of courses in Flight Data Analysis and and root cause identification.
  
• Proficiency in the state and official languages of the Kyrgyz Republic for the purposes of meetings, public speaking and business correspondence;
  
• English language skills to understand industry standards as outlined in international guidelines.
