Requirements

• Higher aviation education in the field of civil aviation;
  
• At least 5 years of work experience in civil aviation, including at least 3 years in management positions;
  
• Comprehensive knowledge of air legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, in particular, knowledge in the field of BMS and quality management system.
  
• Comprehensive knowledge of guiding documents in the field of aircraft airworthiness maintenance;
  
• Valid certificates of completion of ISO 9000:2015 and SMS, Human Factors in airworthiness, courses in audit methodology and root cause identification are desirable.
  
• Proficiency in the state and official languages of the Kyrgyz Republic in order to conduct meetings, public speeches and business correspondence;
  
• English language skills to understand industry standards as outlined in international guidelines.
